Booking and buying
To buy articles from the e-shop, the Customer must go to the dedicated area of the website (Shop). Each article for sale is accompanied by a photograph, a description and the price. It is possible to select and book the individual items proposed. Simply indicate the quantity and confirm, having chosen any variants, to include the article in the cart.
It is possible to add, delete or confirm all bookings made up to this time.
To confirm an order, the Customer must complete the personal identification procedure:
a. if already registered, this can be performed by e-mail address and password;
b. users who are not yet registered will have to register, by providing all the data requested;
c. without registration, when required providing the data needed to finalize the purchase.
The purchase will only be understood as complete for Shop by Evologi S.r.l. when it has sent e-mail or fax confirmation using the "order confirmation form". In the event of even temporary unavailability of one or more products, the Customer will be informed about order progress by e-mail or fax.
For each article the unitary price is expressed in EURO (€), VAT (Value Added Tax) inclusive and net of shipment costs. The contributions of shipment will vary depending on the type of delivery, the quantity of products to be shipped, the volume, weight and the place of destination, will be highlighted during the checkout process and on the form "VS order confirmation." All of the products in the e-shop are available in stock. If this occurs due to unforeseen delays in delivery of the products, the Customer will be promptly notified by e-mail, as well as in the case of even temporary unavailability of one or more products.
Evologi S.r.l. ships to all countries provided during registration. However, there may be cases where customs problems preventing the delivery of products ordered. In this case the customer will be informed by e-mail and refunded later.
Terms of payment
The Customer may pay for purchases in the following ways:
a. PayPal circuit
b. Credit cards available on the PayPal circuit

Delivery of goods and shipment expenses
All the articles ordered by the Customer and confirmed by Officina Bernardi by Evologi S.r.l., in the “Your order confirmation" will be sent by Express Courier (national or international) to the delivery address indicated by the Customer. The customer will be asked to contribute to the costs, which will be shown on “Your order confirmation” depending on the country the order is to be sent to. As an indication, shipping costs vary according to weight / volume and have a minimum standard shipping cost of 7.00 euros, within the Italian territory and 10.00 euros to other European countries.
Articles will only be sent after total order payment has been regularly registered and confirmed at Officina Bernardi by Evologi S.r.l.
Products shipped in Italy are delivered within approximately 2-3 working days after dispatch, the products shipped within the European Union are delivered within 3-4 working days after dispatch. Shipments are made Monday through Friday. Any variation to the above mentioned will be notified immediately by e-mail to the Customer.
Import and customs duty
The products sold are not subject to any import or customs duty if the product is sold and delivered within Italy or the European Union. Products to be delivered to non-EU countries may be subject to import and/or customs duty, depending on the type of product and the destination country. We cannot predict whether any or what costs may be charged to clear the goods through customs.

Nonetheless, any costs relating to import and/or customs duty are to be paid by the client.
Right to withdrawal
Customers have the right to return orders (without giving a reason) within 14 working days of receiving the items. You can inform us that you want to return goods by:

All delivery charges for returned goods are the responsibility of the purchaser. Items returned will not be accepted unless they are intact and in perfect condition, with the original packaging (closed and with delivery seal). Items should be sent to:

The courier will collect the items upon agreement with Officina Bernardi for returned articles will be made by bank transfer within 14 days of receiving the returned item. Articles that are incomplete, worn, damaged or dirty due to the customer’s fault will not be reimbursed and will not be eligible for credit to the value of the initial order.
All contracts concluded are intended as stipulated in Italy and are governed by Italian Law.
The customer has the right to return a wrong item (different to what is visible on the e-shop) or a damaged one, within 60 days from the date of purchase. Customers can claim any faulty product within 2 years from the date of purchase to the Warranty Office. Officina Bernardi (the manufacturer) warranties each product for a 2 year term from the date of purchase for any defect and noncompliance. For any claim occurring during this period, Evologi S.r.l. (the seller) will see to repairing (according to Officina Bernardi’s judgement) or substituting the product, or its parts, according to the below guidelines. The Customer will not be charged for any parts or materials used for the repair. The Manufacturer reserves the right to decide whether to repair faulty products or substitute them with new ones – in a different colour, with the same or better characteristics, in case the original product should no longer be available.
The proof of purchase (invoice or bill) has to be submitted with the product when returned for claim to Evologi S.r.l. The Manufacturer reserves the right to refuse any claim during the warranty term if the proof of purchase is not available, incomplete or unreadable.
