The most common reason for order cancellations is generally due to the unexpected unavailability of the product at the time of order processing or errors in the billing or shipping address. If the order (or part of it) is cancelled, we will notify you and refund the amount paid within 14 days of receiving payment. This timeframe may vary depending on your banking provider.
If the ordered item is not in stock for any reason, the eSTORE reserves the right to cancel the order. In this case, the customer will be refunded the full amount paid as soon as possible.
Once you receive the "order confirmation" email, your order cannot be changed. However, you can cancel your order until the order has been processed (notified via email). If your order has already been shipped, you can return it within 14 business days of receiving your order. For more information, please see our "General Terms and Conditions of Sale."
Orders are processed the day after payment is confirmed. Once shipping begins, a confirmation email with a tracking code will be sent. This code will allow you to track your shipment starting the next business day after receiving the email. Delivery dates may vary depending on the product and geographic area. Products shipped to Italy and the United States are typically delivered within 4-5 business days from shipment, while products shipped within the European Union are delivered within 6-7 business days from shipment.
Officina Bernardi will replace any item free of charge for manufacturing damage up to 2 years from the original purchase date. Please retain your order confirmation/invoice or give it to the gift recipient as it serves as original proof of purchase. Wear and tear, improper use, and oxidation are not covered by the warranty. To activate the Officina Bernardi PLUS WARRANTY, which is in addition to the standard two-year warranty, simply complete and submit the form found at the following link within 30 days of purchasing your Officina Bernardi® jewel: ACTIVATE THE PLUS WARRANTY.
The Customer has a right of withdrawal, which can be exercised without having to provide a reason, within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the ordered items. The right of withdrawal can be communicated within the above-mentioned deadline by: - email: info@officinabernardi.it. Shipping costs for returning the goods are the responsibility of the user. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the items must be returned intact and in perfect condition, in their original packaging (closed and sealed with shipping tape) and addressed to: Officina Bernardi Via Vallina Orticella, 8/16 31030 Borso del Grappa (TV) - ITALY. The refund of the invoiced price of the returned items will be made by crediting the Customer's bank account within 14 days of receipt of the returned items. Items returned incomplete, damaged, or soiled due to the Customer's fault will not be refunded and will not, under any circumstances, give rise to a credit equal to the price of the item originally ordered. Refunds are issued, following product quality inspection and return acceptance, within 14 days of receipt. This timeframe may vary depending on the banking provider.
Officina Bernardi offers the option of exchanging the purchased item for the same item in a different size. If the exchange involves multiple products from the same order, the exchange is possible as long as the item to be exchanged is included in the same return package.
